Q：Is this air conditioner capable of both Cooling and Dehumidify?
The AC unit has 3-in1 function, Cooling, Fan, Dry(Dehumidify), Smart(Cooling between 73F-77F)
Q: Are exhaust ducts required in cooling, dry, and fan modes?
A: Yes, the exhaust hose must be vented when Cooling, Drying, work with exhaust hose, Because these modes will generate heat. In fan mode, convection with outdoor air is required
Q: Does it comes with a remote control? Does the remote control have a display？
A: Yes it comes with a remote. its range is about 22-30 feet. You can control it from anywhere in the room as long as there is no wall between them. it has a LED display.
Q: Can it automatically swing up and down auto?
A: The machine can swing air automatically, but the air outlet will not be directly facing people, and it swings up and down at an angle of 40-80 degrees.
Q: Do I need to connect a separate drain pipe to drain the water? Will there be dripping like a split air conditioner?
No, it has its own moisture evaporator, and the moisture generated in the cooling will be automatically discharged through the exhaust pipe; if you use the dry mode, or place it in a humid environment such as the kitchen or basement, you still need to connect the drain pipe for long-term Continuous drainage.
Q: Is it absolutely necessary to install the vent plates? How long does it take to install?
A: Yesss, It needs to be installed hose and window sealing boards. Otherwise it wouldn’t be an cooling AC, It comes with a window kit and hose, but only fit vertical or horizontal sliding windows. Step 1 attach the sealing boards to your window, Step 2 insert adapters of the exhaust hose to ac and windows board; all takes you 5-10 mins.
Q: How much does it weight? Is it easy to move? I am a girl
A: It's about 65 pounds, but it have 4 wheels and 2 handles that helps to easy move.
Q: How to clean the machine filter，the filter is prone to dust
A: This air conditioner has two air intake filters, both at the back of the machine. They can be removed without any tools and cleaned directly with water. It is very simple. It is recommended to clean them once every 1-2 weeks.
Q: Can the timer shut down the unit for example after 6 hours?
A: There is a timer function to allow the machine to turn off or turn on within 30 minutes to 24 hours.
Q: Is it loud?
A: The noise level is about 48-52DB. If it is in sleep mode and the wind is low, the lowest noise level is only 48DB, which is about the volume of a normal conversation.
Q: What are the control methods？
A: Touch panel control and remote control, the functions are basically the same
Q: The air conditioner does not work, only blows air, and the panel shows “HL”. What should I do?
A: It should be because the environment is relatively humid, so the air conditioner's automatic drainage is not fast enough. The water tank inside is full, and you need to unscrew the 2pcs drain plug at the back to drain the water. The merchant also provides an adapted drain pipe.
Q: Can this air conditioner be used with any household socket, or does it require a special socket? Are there any current and voltage requirements?
A: The maximum working current of this air conditioner is 15A, 115V, and the socket and wire need to support 18-20A current, otherwise the socket will burn out.
Q: Set to 78F, and after 3 hours of hot air, stop blowing hot air，Is the machine broken?
A: The machine has a temp receiver that monitors the room temp. When the set temp is reached, the cooling will stop. When the room cools down by 3-5 F, the cooling will automatically start again.
